Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind our work. While we never anticipate an issue, your auto glass replacement includes a one-year warranty (from the date of service) covering air leaks, water leaks, and workmanship.
Do I need an appointment? Or can I just drop off my vehicle?
Have a small rock chip? Just visit one of our three locations. We are open Mon-Fri from 8am – 5pm. A certified technician will get that repaired for you right away.
All other glass repair and replacement services will need an appointment. Please call us or get a quote. We’ll get you scheduled right away.
Do you offer mobile service to my home or business?
Absolutely! Let the technician know you’ll need our mobile service when scheduling your appointment. Weather permitting, one of our skilled technicians will happily come to you.
Is mobile service available in my area?
Our mobile service covers a 50 mile radius from any of our locations. We have offices in Twin Falls, Burley, Pocatello, and Montpelier, ID.
What if I can’t make it back to pick up my vehicle before 5 pm? Do you offer a delivery service?
No problem! We understand your schedule doesn’t always fit within our business hours. We make your auto glass repair convenient and easy by delivering to a location that’s convenient for you.
How long will my appointment take?
Whether it’s mobile or in-shop, most auto glass repairs and replacements can be completed in 2 hours.
Do you offer more than windshield repair and replacement?
Yes. We are a full-service shop for all of your auto glass needs. We repair and replace windshields, windows, specialty glass, mirrors, and more. And as part of your service, you can trust the calibration of your vehicle gets done right.
Will my new windshield, window, or mirror, look the same as my old one?
Yes. We can match your old glass to make your car, truck, or SUV look new again.
After a repair, will the chip or crack in my windshield still be visible?
We use a resin that is 10x stronger than glass to repair your windshield and stabilize the damaged area of the glass. While we cannot guarantee crack or chip repairs will vanish completely, the resin dries clear and significantly cleans up the look of your windshield.
What Systems Are Recalibrated During ADAS Calibration?
ADAS calibration adjusts several safety systems that rely on cameras and sensors mounted to your windshield. This includes your lane assist camera, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and blind spot monitoring. Do You Replace Sunroofs if They Crack or Leak?
Yes. If your sunroof glass is chipped, cracked, or leaking, we can replace it with new OEM-quality glass. Sunroofs are often more complex because of moving parts and seals, so having the replacement done by a trained technician helps prevent future leaks and wind noise. Can You Replace the Back Glass on My Car if It Shatters?
Absolutely. The back glass, also known as the rear windshield, can usually be replaced the same day.
How Do I Know if I Need ADAS Calibration Every Time My Windshield Is Replaced?
If your vehicle is equipped with modern safety features such as lane departure warning, lane assist camera systems, or adaptive cruise control, then calibration is required after any windshield replacement. What if I don’t have insurance?
As a locally owned business, we price our glass competitively to serve all of our customers. We offer the highest auto glass brands in Southern Idaho and deliver a quality of service you won’t find with anyone else.
What Should I Expect to Pay Out of Pocket with My Insurance Deductible?
Your deductible amount depends on your individual policy. Some policies cover auto glass repair or replacement with little or no cost to you, while others may require a standard deductible. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to check your coverage, and our team is happy to help you understand what portion, if any, you’ll need to pay.
